Inspire Book Box is a book box subscription company to share the love of reading with 0-6yr olds. Each box has been purposefully curated by a book loving team of qualified teachers, parents and children.
We offer:
- Our Little Hands box is for children aged 0-2 and consists mainly of hardcover books and other surprises.
- Our Bigger Hands box is for children aged 3-6 and is filled with books that encourage story telling and early reading skills and of course, other little surprises.
- The Many Hands box is designed for families with children in both the 0-2 and 3-6 age ranges with books and surprises for all.
- Gift Boxes for readers of all ages in our shop
The aim of our boxes is to bring a new theme to life each month using books, craft, gifts and cooking activities. We also provide parents cards with book summaries and extension ideas to engage your little ones and encourage reading time.
Our boxes cost between $37.99 - $39.99 (plus shipping).
The monthly subscriptions are available in three different plans:
- Month-by-month plans are $39.99 (plus shipping) and you are billed each month.
- 3 Month plans are discounted to $38.99 per month (plus shipping) and you prepay for the three months.
- 6 Month plans are discounted to $37.99 per month (plus shipping) and you prepay for the six months.
Of course! There is a gifts section on the shop page. If you want to leave a gift message (which we will handwrite) just type it in the Gift message box on the checkout page
Our boxes ship on the 25th of each month ensuring you have them on the 1st of the following month.
Yes! We would love to share Inspire Book Box with the World. Please send us a photo of your little reader enjoying their box.
We pass on a flat rate of $9.95 per box for domestic, $12.95 for New Zealand, and $22.95 for international shipping. We strive to constantly keep prices low and as soon as we find better rates we will pass them directly onto you!
If you’re headed away and need to pause, No Problem! Just head to your account page (the link is on the top of the front page) and go into "manage your subscription". Here you can pause your subscription whilst your away. Alternatively contact us. We are happy to help out.
When you subscribe you will be billed immediately for your first month. After that you will be billed on the 20th of the month here after.
*Note - If you select a 3 or 6 month upfront plan you will be billed for the entire amount at the time of subscription. As your plan ends you will be automatically renewed to the same subscription level as your original purchase.
We hope you will love our boxes as much as us and never leave! However, we do understand that even the best of things must end sometimes!
You can cancel an order in the "Manage your Subscription" section of your account aswell.
To ensure you are not billed for unwanted cycles, please cancel by the 15th of the month.

'Mythical Creatures' Many Hands Mini Box
It simply isn't an adventure worth telling if there aren't any dragons.
From unicorns to fairies, dragons to trolls, mythical creatures abound in stories and our imaginations. Are these really creatures from a long ago, more magical time? Or are they just fantastical expressions of the human imagination, stories built up over the centuries to become part of our modern literature. This theme is designed to embrace the magic of these creatures and have some fun imagining what life would be like if they truly existed.
