David Bedford lives in a village by the sea in Norfolk, England, with his wife and two children. David was a scientist before becoming a full-time author. Tom Jellett is an award-winning children's book illustrator who is based in Sydney, NSW. His accolades include the CBCA Notable Book Award for My Yellow Blanky (2003), the CBCA Honour Book Award for Tuckshop Kid (2007) and the CBCA Notable Book Award for Harry Highpants (2008). Tom has been an editorial illustrator for NewsLimited, working on The Australian, The Weekend Australian and The Daily Telegraph. His work has also appeared in the South China Morning Post, The Week and Medical Observer.
